What materials are used?

Polymer clay is a type of modeling clay that hardens when baked in an oven. It is based on the polymer polyvinyl chloride and contains no clay minerals. Polymer clay products are not food safe and should not be placed near a heat source (e.g. candles).

All jewelry findings are made from stainless steel unless otherwise stated in individual listings. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you should require alternative findings due to allergies. Where possible, other options can be made available to you (e.g. plastic hooks and posts).

All pieces are handmade and therefore some pieces may have slight imperfections that in no way alter the function of the piece.

All clay studs are embedded using polymer clay and a stainless steel stud post. Please contact us for alternatives (e.g. plastic posts).

What if I prefer a different earring component than the one that is in the listing?

We want your purchase to match your preferences! If you'd like a specific earring component, please contact us before purchasing using the Contact Us form. For example, if you prefer silver fish hooks over gold lever clasps, let us know. We also offer plastic fish hooks and stud posts for sensitive ears. While we'll do our best to accommodate, some alterations may not be possible.

What are your processing times?

Most items are ready to ship and will be processed within 1-3 business days. During busy seasons like Christmas (October-December), processing may take 3-5 business days.

For pre-order collections, items are made on demand, with processing times of 1-2 weeks.

What options do you have for shipping?

Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada via Canada Post. Once your package is with Canada Post, we are not responsible for lost packages and cannot offer refunds.

Standard shipping is free and sent via untracked letter mail. Tracked options (e.g. pre-paid box, expedited or priority) are available at your expense. We aim to meet shipping estimates but can’t guarantee exact delivery times.

Please ensure that all contact information is correct as we cannot be responsible for any errors that may be made once items have been shipped.

What is your return/cancellation policy?

All earrings are final sale for health and safety reasons. However, if your earrings arrive damaged or break within one week, we’ll replace or refund them, depending on the style. Photo proof of the damage or breakage is required for us to process a replacement or refund. Please note that minor imperfections are normal with handmade polymer clay earrings and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, but we ensure every piece meets our quality standards.

Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or shipped.

What are the care instructions for items made from polymer clay?

Here are some recommendations to ensure proper care of your items:

  • Store accessories in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight

  • All findings are stainless steel (either gold-plated or silver in color)

  • Wipe polymer clay pieces with a damp cloth to clean

  • Avoid contact with oils, creams, sunscreen, perfumes, etc.

  • Dropping, bending, bathing, or sleeping with earrings is not recommended.
